2013 Chevrolet Corvette C7

2013 Chevrolet Corvette C7 is America’s sports car future, slicker and moderately more compact, powered by an equally powerful but smaller V-8. Chevrolet Corvette C7 will likely be equipped with 5.5 liter V8 engine with a capacity equivalent to the power of the Corvette is now producing. These predictions are given by the current trend is to make the car lighter, stronger and greater operating efficiency, and fuel consumption is lower. A long list of priorities given for the new Corvette, from great performance, fuel efficiency high, equipped with more modern, upscale. All to meet the increasing requirements of customers.

2013 Chevrolet Corvette C7 Reviews & Feature: The 2013 Chevrolet Corvette will be utilizing a 5.5L small block V8 engine in its front engine, rear wheel drive platform and will actually get more horsepower than the typical 6.2L and 7.0L engines used in the past. The Corvette will now sport 440HP, about 5 HP up from the previous generation, and will also feature better fuel economy to boot. The engine will come with a revised combustion system and an aluminum block and heads.

The engine won’t be the only defining change, that we can be sure of. Rumors suggest that Chevrolet will finally be bumping up the quality of the materials used in the sports car – ending what seems to be generations of poor quality complaints – and will be putting in higher end seats similar to buckets seats. If they expect to keep up with the times, then we would suggest putting in a few technological advances. If the Ford Focus can get all teched out, then the Corvette should be able to dazzle us with something.

New details on the next generation Chevrolet Corvette suggest that the car will adopt a European-style, small-block, turbocharged V8 engine. According to TheDetroitBureau.com, the new engine will only be slightly larger than 3 liters in displacement and will be of an overhead-cam, rather than traditional overhead-valve design, using a dry sump oil system that’s particularly well-suited to high-performance road courses rather than straight-line acceleration. Expect to see an output of about 400 HP, or about 125 HP per liter, making it a strong competitor for models like the Porsche 911 and the Lamborghini Gallardo.

2012 Ferrari 612 Scaglietti

The Ferrari 612 Scaglietti is a grand tourer produced by Ferrari between 2004 and 2012. Ferrari, S.p.A is no ordinary automobile manufacturer. No product of Maranello is an ordinary automobile. So it makes perfect sense for Ferrari to introduce the 2012 Scaglietti on one of the biggest stages in the automotive world – the International Geneva Auto Show in Geneva, Switzerland.

2012 Ferrari 612 Scaglietti Front Side
The 2011 edition is scheduled for Thursday, March 3 through Sunday the 13th. It will be the 81st in the distinguished history of the event, which began way back in 1905. Until the shroud is lifted literally and/or figuratively in the convention center that will host the show – the Geneva Palexpo, the true identity of the 2012 Scaglietti remains a mystery. However, the sum of the spy information – photographs, copy and video – provides more than an inkling that Ferrari has given its flagship grand tourer a major overhaul. The consensus of spy sources is that test-mule versions of the 2012 Scaglietti are larger than the current production model. Thus, the question is what enhancements will Ferarri house in the longer wheelbase.

2012 Ferrari 612 Scaglietti Review: While the prototypes caught testing all over the world looked almost identical to the current 612 Scaglietti, the next model will adopt a totally new look. It will combine design elements from both the 458 Italia and the Vettura Laboratorio HY-KERS. The sports car will get a strong front, curved hood, and wider wheelbase.

This new system will help improve fuel consumption by at least 35%.

2012 Ferrari 612 Scaglietti Release Date & Price: The new Ferrari 612 Scaglietti will make its world debut in March 2011 at the Geneva Motor Show. Sales will begin in the summer of 2011; expect a price of around 300,000 euro, or $410,00 at the current exchange rates.

2012 Mercedes B-Class Rear Side
2012 Mercedes B-Class Review: Dubbed a “quantum leap in the compact class,” the redesigned model measures 4359mm long, 1786mm wide and 1557mm tall. It has an impressive 0.26 drag coefficient thanks to “numerous optimization measures” that are a result of 1,100 hours of wind tunnel testing. Additionally, there will be an ECO Technology package – with a reduce ride height, underbody cladding and improved window seals – that lowers the drag coefficient to 0.24. If that hasn’t sparked your interest, there will also be a sports package which has modified dampers, a ‘Direct-Steer’ system and a 20mm reduced ride height.

2013 Audi A2

The new 2012 2013 Audi A2 comes loaded with 1.8-liter, 170-horsepower engine that can tear up even the bumpiest roads. The Audi A2 3.0T models has 3.0-liter power plant that makes it almost 50 pounds lighter thanks to its extensive use of aluminum. At 220 horsepower, this second engine is strong – really strong. The result? A constant reminder that the greatest joy is the journey itself. Other 2012 2013 Audi A2 performance features include the five-speed Tiptronic transmission, which calls upon more than 200 dynamic shift programs to deliver the action of a five-speed manual without a clutch, and the four-link front suspension, which reduces unsprung weight. Also, at the core of every Audi performance sheet is five-valve technology that lowers emissions and raises driver exhilaration across the board.

2013 Audi A2 Side
2013 Audi A2 Review & Feature: The Audi A2 also offers patented aluminum four-link front suspension with the “virtual steering axis” that keeps things smooth and comfortable. In terms of looks, the cars offer powerful tail ends, elegant cut lines, high belt lines, and front ends that are distinctly Audi A2. Inside, they offer wood or fiberglass trim, as well as dual- zone climate control, ergonomic seats, and, of course, second- generation Symphony stereos whose sound is second to none. A 2012 2013 Audi A4 body kit would only enhance features like these. What’s more, with additional Audi accessories, you will want to take a number of Audi A4 pictures and give them out to your friends.

2013 Audi A2 Rear
The second incarnation of the Audi A2 will be starkly different from its predecessor, which bombed in sales because of the expensive spaceframe construction that it came with. This time around, Audi is being more prudent and will instead use a steel monocoque for the A2, similar to what is being used for the A1, the company’s new premium hatchback.

2013 Audi A2 Engine
Likewise, the report that the A2 will solely be an electric car is indicative of what Audi chairman Rupert Stadler mentioned as one of the company’s main priorities, that being the company’s stance in pushing for electric vehicles. With the new all-electric A2 already in the oven, it wouldn’t surprise us the least bit if the car is pegged as the competitor for the BMW Megacity, which is scheduled to hit dealerships in 2013.

2012 Porsche Cayman CS

First launched in the 2006 model year, the Cayman is a coupĂ© derived from Porsche’s second generation Boxster convertible. Like the Boxster, most Caymans were assembled in Finland for Porsche by Valmet Automotive (the rest are assembled in Zuffenhausen, Stuttgart, Germany). Porsche’s Deputy Chairman, Holger P. Haerter stated that their contract with Valmet Automotive will end in 2012, and the Cayman’s production will be outsourced to Magna Steyr Fahrzeugtechnik of Graz, Austria. (Panorama, 2008). More recently, as Volkswagen assumed ultimate control of Porsche AG, that agreement fell through, and the production of both Caymans and Boxsters after 2012 will be in the former Karmann plant in Osnabruck, now owned by Volkswagen and used for production of the new 2012 Golf Cabriolet.

2012 Porsche Cayman CS Front Side

2012 Porsche Cayman CS Rear
2012 Porsche Cayman CS Review & Feature: Porsche’s design team might be good, but they don’t change a whole lot if they don’t have too. That’s the case with the Cayman CS. The hardcore version of the Cayman will look, well, like the Cayman, just with a few new badges and maybe some gills for air intake.

The styling of the Cayman is, of course, similar to the Boxster, as it shares many of its parts. Yet, it’s got some 911 bits as well, like its sloping fastback-style rear and flaring rear fenders. It’s as if the 911 and the Boxster had a love child together in the dark German factories.

The restyled coupe has new halogen headlights with integrated direction indicators, sort of like what you would find on the Carrera GT. The new LED taillights have been reshaped and they’re integrated well into the new rear end. Porsche also managed to reshape the front fascia and the rear skirt, but you would have to be a Porsche enthusiast to notice the difference.

2012 Porsche Cayman CS Interior
Inside, the Cayman still gets that classic Porsche look and we can’t be sure if that will change for the CS. We do know that the current Cayman has a new touch-screen navigation system that reduces the button count from a busy 32 to 16. This new layout was better than what you had in the old version and we hope that it carries over to the CS.

2012 Porsche Cayman CS Engine
2012 Porsche Cayman CS Specs & Performance: The CS packet also includes; sport bucket seats, revalved steering assist, locking rear differential standard, updated brakes, restylized front fascia, Cayman Club Sport side graphics, rear diffuser, Ducktail-style larger rear spoiler, Club Sport Insignia badging in interior, and optional “Track Pack” which includes a partial roll cage, harness, and fittings plus a fire extinguisher. Power will come from the legendary 3.4 liter, direct-injection flat 6-cylinder that will crank out 328 horsepower mark, nine horses more than the Cayman S. The 0 to 62 mph run will take just 4.6 seconds, shaving 0.3 seconds off of the standard S model’s time.

The Cayman CS is expected to debut at the auto show in Los Angeles this November. The CS will hit dealer showrooms in 2011 as a 2012 model. Prices for the U.S. market will start at $66,330 (€51,015).

The New 2013 Honda Accord

As one of the leading motor vehicle manufacturers in the world, Honda seems to stay strong and innovative. This is proven by their plan to release the 2013 Honda Accord by the end of 2012. Honda is planning on releasing 2 versions of this car: a Japanese/European version and a U.S/China/Asian version. This car will maintain its original premise as a luxury and high-performance car despite the fact that it now also focuses on its fuel efficiency as a hybrid car.

The New 2013 Honda Accord

The 2013 Honda Accord is rumoured to be available as either a sedan or a coupe, and it will come with 3 different engine types: inline-four cylinder 2.0L and 2.4L, as well as V6 3.5L. These options allow customers to choose which engine strength would suit them best in terms of maximization of driving efficiency, engine power, and performance. The plug-in hybrid petrol system operates in electric mode that allows the car to run 10-15 miles in city driving and reach a maximum speed of 62 mph. The 2.0L engine works using the two-motor system that operates through three modes (all-electric, petrol-electric and engine direct-drive mode), allowing better driving efficiency.

The 2013 Honda Accord is said to be the redesigned version of the previous Accord model and it will feature some improvements in the interior design, such as its easy-to-reach instrument panel or operation knobs. The car will be equipped with an advanced climate management system which works to circulate cold or hot air inside the car accordingly. Other notable features include trunk release, keyless entry, tilt steering wheel, and engine immobilizer, among others. To ensure the safety of its passengers, the car will also be equipped with power door locks, front facet airbags, curtain facet airbag, twin front airbags, antilock brakes and rear door child safety locks. The futuristic exterior features of this car will include P205/60R16 tires, variable intermittent wipers, and 16” alloy rims.

Honda now focuses on the production of hybrid cars, not only due to rising fuel prices, but also because of the rising concerns for the environment. Environmentally friendly vehicles have become increasingly popular for the past few years because they have better fuel economy and lower greenhouse gas emissions compared to normal cars. By releasing a series of hybrid cars, Honda is doing a pretty good job at keeping up with its competitors such as Toyota, which is considered to be the pioneer in hybrid technology. The new 2013 Honda Accord is expected to do just as good as Honda’s previous hybrid cars.

2012 Dodge Challenger

The Dodge Challenger is a series of cars manufactured by the automobile giant Chrysler. This series have spanned three generations: the first generation was produced between 1970 and 1974, the second generation produced between 1978 and1983, and the third generation was introduced in 2008. The third generation was debuted at the Chicago Auto Show and Philadelphia International Auto Show on February 6, 2008. The latest generation Challenger is available in 6 models, namely SE, SE Rally Package, R/T, R/T Classic, SRT8, and SXT.

The 2012 Dodge Challenger will not be so much different from the 2011 edition. The 2012 series will probably continue with a three-model lineup: the V6-powered SE, the V8-powered R/T and the powerful SRT8 392. This review will talk about the high performance 2012 Dodge Challenger SRT8 392.

The 2012 Dodge Challenger will feature pretty much the same retro design of the 2008 edition. You will not find any major changes in the exterior design; you may only find some upgrades on the wheels or trims. The new SRT8 is predicted to have the similar look to the 2011 edition. The 2011 SRT8 features stripes running the length of the car and 20” Forged Aluminum SRT wheels.

2012 Dodge Challenger SRT8 Engine Performance

The V8 engine of the 2011 SRT8 is able to produce 470 horsepower; which is 50 horsepower more than its predecessor. The upcoming SRT8 model will feature a 6.4L Hemi V8 that is able to generate 475 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque, which is an improvement over the 2011 engine. This 2012 edition will be available in either six-speed manual or five-speed automatic transmission. It also offers upgrades on the suspension systems and steering.

Notable Features

Standard features that you can find on all SRT8 models include heated leather sports seats, sport suspension, cruise control, Siriussatellite radio, and many more. The 2012 Dodge Challenger SRT8 will also offer the same standard features and interior package. Safetyfeatures offered in this model include side-curtain airbags and traction control.

Price and Release Date

The 2012 Dodge Challenger SRT8 is estimated to cost somewhere around $44,000 and will be available in showrooms in September 2011. It is expected to face competition from other muscle cars such as the Mustang GT and the Chevrolet Camaro SS.

All in all, the 2012 Dodge Challenger SRT8 392 will retain the retro-look of the previous model. The design and features will not change much but it will feature a more powerful engine.
